These terms govern the services provided by Leakbusters Lanzarote ("we", "us"). By booking a service or using this website you accept these terms.
Services
We provide leak detection, leak repair, pipe inspection, drain detection and related plumbing services across Lanzarote. Specific scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
No-find no-fee guarantee
Our standard detection surveys carry a no-find no-fee guarantee: if we cannot locate the leak using our standard methods, the detection fee is waived. Any access works (drilling, opening walls, etc.) and consumables are charged separately and confirmed in advance.
Quotes and pricing
All quotes are written and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Emergency out-of-hours call-outs may carry a surcharge, which will be confirmed before attendance.
Liability
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed under the relevant engagement, except where Spanish consumer law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Las Palmas.
